Blue Sky Defense Consulting operates to the highest ethical standards. All business transactions shall operate in full compliance of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) in addition to ensuring compliance with relevant anti-corruption legislation in each Country that we operate.
Defense business that operate from the US will need to ensure compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and we are able to advise on the licensing process for ITAR compliance.
Many clients do have concerns about the level of corruption in Defense contracting in overseas markets.
