I am John Kelly and I've formed Blue Sky Defense Consulting as I wanted the opportunity to work with like minded Companies that wish to grow their Business into International markets or for overseas companies trying to enter the US Department of Defense Market.

I have 36 years experience in the Defense Business in many different roles ranging from Engineering, Logistics Management, and Project Management, but my passion lies in developing business in both the International and US Domestic Markets including ITAR compliance and FMS contracts.  I can be flexible in the scope of my engagement from day rates supporting workshops/strategies through to longer term engagements working on bids through to restructuring of organizations and helping to build trusted relationships with key customers.
